Peanut Chocolate Energy Balls

Our energy balls are not only healthy, vegan and made in no time. They also help you to satisfy your sweet tooth and give you a little energy push. Just give it a try!


Start by placing the dates in a food processor and pulse until a creamy mixture has formed. Then place in a bowl.

Add peanuts and oats to the food processor and mix until they reach a flour like consistency.

Add peanut-oat-mixture, peanut butter, coconut oil and cacao to the bowl and knead with your hands. If the dough feels to dry, simple add a little more coconut oil.Roll little balls and let cool in the fridge.Tip: double the recipe and freeze a couple of the energy balls. This way you'll prepared for when you're craving something sweet next time.
Serving makes about 20 energy balls
  • 180g soft dates (without the stone)
  • 70g peanuts
  • 40g oats
  • 2 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
